• Splash Grenadine

• 7UP (to top)
  Build over ice, stir, garnish with cherry.

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• Strawberry Lemonade (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with lemon wheel.

Screwdriver

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• Pineapple-Orange Juice (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with orange slice.

Kali Vohito

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• 5–7 Mint Sprigs
• Dash Simple Syrup
• ¾ oz Lime Juice
• Club Soda (to top)
  Muddle mint, lime, syrup, add vodka, ice, top with soda, garnish with lime wheel.

Red Headed Ginger

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• 3½ oz Ginger Beer
• ½ oz Cranberry Juice (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with lime wedge.

Kali Mule

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer (to top)
• 2–3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  Build over ice, garnish with lime wedge.

Moscow Mule

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• Splash Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer (to top)
  Serve in copper mug over ice, garnish with lime wheel.

The Beach

• 2 oz Vodka
• ½ oz Midori
• 2 oz Pineapple-Orange Juice (To Top)
• Mint, Rosemary, Cucumber, Lime (muddled)
  Shake ingredients, strain into glass without ice, garnish with cucumber slice.

Mermaid Scale

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 ½ oz Apple Pie Moonshine
• Splash Banana Purée
• 7UP (to top)
• Splash Blue Curaçao
  Build over ice, garnish with lime wedge.

Banana Split

• ½ oz Banana Purée
• ¼ oz Chocolate Syrup
• ½ dropper Vanilla Bitters

• Dash Irish Cream (float)
  Shake and strain into martini glass, float cream.

Black Magic

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• Splashes of Grenadine, Blue Curaçao, Midori
• Ginger Ale (to top)
  Build over ice, stir until black, garnish with cherry.

Sunburn

• 1 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Lemonade Moonshine
• 4 Cucumber Slices
• 3 Jalapeño Slices
• Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  Muddle cucumber, jalapeño, cayenne; shake with vodka & lemonade, pour over ice, garnish with cucumber & jalapeño slices.

• 1 ¼ oz Vodka
• ½ oz Lemonade Moonshine
• Splash Blackberry Juice (To Top)

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• 1 ½ oz Peach Pie Moonshine
• 1 oz Sweet & Sour

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 2 oz Peach Pie Moonshine
• 1 oz Lemonade Moonshine
• Orange Slice
  Build over ice, squeeze orange for garnish.

Old Fashioned (Classic)

• 1 Sugar Cube
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 oz Bourbon
• Lemon Zest
  Muddle sugar cube with bitters, add bourbon, ice, garnish with lemon twist.

Old Fashioned (Variation B)

• 3 oz Bourbon
• Sugar Cube
• 2 Cherries
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Orange Slice
  Muddle sugar, bitters, cherries, orange; add bourbon, shake, pour over ice.

Cherry Bomb

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• 2 Dashes Lime Juice
• Dash Simple Syrup
• Cherry Juice (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with cherry.

Highball

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• Ginger Ale (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with lemon wedge.

Manhattan

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 Dashes Bitters
• Optional Orange Zest
  Stir over ice, strain into coupe glass, garnish with cherry.

Green Machine

• 1 oz White Corn Whiskey
• 1 oz Lemonade Moonshine
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
• Splash Simple Syrup
• Jalapeño & Cucumber (muddled)
  Shake over ice, strain neat, garnish with cucumber wheel.

American Mule

• 1 ½ oz White Corn Whiskey
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer (to top)
  Build over ice, garnish with lime wedge.

Vampire’s Blood

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
• ½ oz Grenadine
• 2 Dashes Bitters
  Shake and strain into glass, garnish with cherry.

Skeleton Key

• ½ oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lemonade
• Ginger Beer (to top)
• Splash Angostura Bitters
  Build over ice, stir, garnish with lemon wedge. Slightly stir just the liquor, then add ginger beer and add bitters on top. Don't stir after built! 

Whiskey Sour

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 2 oz Lemonade Moonshine
• ¾ oz Lime Juice
  Shake with ice, strain into glass, garnish with lime wheel.

1881 (Kalifornia) Old Fashioned

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 2 Dashes Bitters
• Lemon Peel
  Muddle sugar cube with bitters, add bourbon, twist lemon peel oils over drink, stir with ice.
